About the Service

Every instruction is assessed independently, across all seven assurance key areas, and produces a written, dated and professionally signed output. Findings reflect what is observed and assessed — they are not shaped by commercial pressure, programme urgency, or the preferences of any party in the project chain.

The practice operates on a strictly non-operational basis. It reviews, observes and reports; it does not manage, instruct or direct contractors, and it holds no CDM 2015 duty-holder role. Every finding is evidenced, risk-rated and formally notified.

A Record That Stands on Its Own

Each output is a professional record that stands on its own merits and supports clients, funders, warranty providers, auditors and internal governance teams in demonstrating transparent, defensible governance.

Every instruction follows the same structured process: a Letter of Engagement agreeing scope, key areas and output in writing before any work begins; fieldwork gathering structured evidence within the agreed scope, carried out personally; and a signed, risk-graded professional output issued directly to the instructing party.
